What do you put the most effort into studying? Is it charts?

It is probably journaling and reflecting on my own trades, especially losses. I can recognize chart patterns quickly and often get a sense of an entry or exit style from only five to ten charts. But I spend much more time evaluating and manually journaling my own trades. Especially when I'm overtrading or revenge trading, I can have tens or twenty-odd consecutive losses, and I journal them.
