I'd try to rest and stop trading for at least one or two days. If many new opportunities appeared the next day, I might still take one, but most of the time I'd stop for at least a day to refresh and reset mentally. Then I'd look for opportunities I was genuinely confident in and start with a smaller size. I currently use 0.3% risk per trade, which feels small enough that even ten losses in a row would produce only about a 3% drawdown. I made the mistake in 2024 of increasing risk during a drawdown. Never increase your risk when you are in a drawdown or losing streak.
